We request permission for read-only access to your available health information. This version verifies your connection only and does not fetch claims or clinical records. The access token stays on our server for this visit; no patient record database or background access is used.

Disconnect clears this app’s session. To withdraw the insurer’s authorization too, remove FHIR Showcase in your insurer’s connected-app settings or contact member support. Closing a tab alone does not immediately end the server session.
